Return Policy
Due to the nature of our product we do not accept opened returns. This is to protect you as much as it is to protect us from any possible health threat. A replacement will be sent for damaged or incorrect orders.
Return Policy: If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly give you a refund or exchange on all unopened items within 30 days of date of shipment (less shipping charge). Items that have been opened, have had the tamper seals broken or have been removed from from their plastic packaging are NOT eligible for returns. This is to protect you as well as our staff from potential health threats. We have to assume that any product that has been opened has been used. Absolutely no exceptions will be made. This way you can rest assured that any products from ProbeLube.com is NEW and has NEVER been used or exposed to potential health hazards. Please report within 48 hours of receiving your order any errors or problems with your order.
For any Unopened returns: Please make a note of our shipping address and email orders@probelube.com for an RMA number which MUST be on the outside of the package prior to returning it to us. We are unable to accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after the shipping date. You must pay for return shipping postage and insurance.
Returned packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refused shipments will be credited for product cost only (no shipping refund). Refused UPS shipments will also be charged an additional $5.00 return charge that UPS charges us.
Chargeback Requests: If you request a chargeback with your credit card company for a purchase made on our site, and we successfully prove the charge was valid, we will impose a fee of $15.00 on your credit card (the fee charged by the credit card companies on us for processing the chargeback request). If you have any questions about a transaction you do not recognize, you are advised to check with the merchant before contacting the credit card companies, to avoid these chargeback processing fees.
